Un-Registration Question

Post by pgawd »

Registered a couple weeks back, then I found out my new PC doesn't have the right video card to play Ryzom. It'll be awhile before I get enough cash to purchase the video card. If I cancel my account now, will I be able to re-start it again in a month or so?

If Im not wrong they keep your account for 90 days after that they delete it. Hope that will be enough time for you to get a new videocard.. ;)

They guarantee 90 days but typically keep it much longer. :)

The 90 day rule applies more to those who try the 14 days and then leave. If you have had a paid subscription experience has shown that your account is safe for much longer.
