Hmm, I doubt it is still correct as I have done the Dew Drops rite too some weeks ago.

FYI - According to Nevrax, the "Food" and "Dew Drop" rites are in fact working. The list has been updated accordingly.

[Fyros Story 2] can be taken off the list too. I finished it last night thanks to guildies with mad Fyros Crafting Skills, Desert Foraging Skills, Goari Killing Skills, Map Reading Skills, Bandit Evading Skills, Rezzing Skills... (girls like guys with cool skills).

Is Winds of Muse theme still active?
And what about Fleeting Garden theme?

WoM is deactivated afaik , I had all the pre-reqs done but its not showing in my Encyclopedia anymore , Fleeting Garden still shows for me (uncompletable but have all the pre-req missions)

WoM is re-activated for me now but i have to re-do the missions

Can we perhaps get an update on when they'll be complete and are targeted to be in-game?

THe rites are a lot of fun and it is a shame they aren't more complete.
