Toons not saved after log out

I have made 2 characters now and both of them have gone AWOL, not there when I log back in. Am i doing something wrong, we have to save toons manually, doubt that. I think the toons are on the servers cos I can't use the names again.

Known bug. No eta on fix. I've got it too. Trying to log in Klient chatroom to get more info, can't figure it out cuz it says 'only registered users can login'. Can't find a help file, can't search the forums, can't do ****all.

About ready to walk away from this. Don't need this crap.

hi, i had that problem before last nights patch, when i got the patch it seemed to fix it, my advice to you if this was posted before the patch is to get the patch
