If I remember correctly, this was a violation that actually got someone refused support. Don't quote me on that though ;)

The preview stats differ alot from the final item, is this on purpose or a bug?

Graphics/Effects/Sounds:
Many people wish for the old (beta) spell effects (phoenix bird, angel wings) to return somehow. I also heard from CSR that this is submited as suggestion quite often, so I wonder why can't a thing so many players want be re-implemented? The effects has been written once by the developers and it shouldn't be that much of work to add it again, on top of that it would have no impact in gameplay as it is only 'eye candy'.

Please give Kipees back their old voice! The current sounds like a roaring lion, that is more then misplaced here. The previous sound was more insect like and gave a great atmotsphere to them.

Suggestions:
I have never seen a suggestion being implemented by the devs, is there a particular reason? There are for example very useful ones like, being able to return a bought item while still in the buy/sell window (I am sure almost everyone bought a yubo tooth for 150k because of 'storing abuse' of the raw merchs), also the ability to filter its own inventory/Meks/GH/Apartment as it is possible with merchants (e.g. only excellent, shaft parts)

Ageing was something that was planned for the game in the betas, and we have heard nothing of it since really. However, since there are many NPCs in Atys that are visibly "older" than others (ie have wrinkled faces etc) is it still being planned, even in the far far future?

just my observation...

every season has different mat spawn times. some season it's easy to get mats, in other it's a nightmare.

there seems to be 4 or 5 different weather modes in pr.
combine clear, sparkles, wind and raindrops and you get your right weather in pr
that shown on map, is inaccurate ;-(

but i agree with you, more accurate weather information in pr would be very nice.

Sometime back, the question of server population came up and it was stated that the team at Nevrax was giving that a lot of attention and had some interesting ideas as to how to draw new members.

I was wondering what ever came of that. It's been several months since then and so far, I've not really seen any special efforts at getting new players.

The recent wave of low morale and negativity on the forums has me wondering what your plans are in this area. Can you give some idea as to what your short to mid term plans are for improving the new player experience and drawing new players to Ryzom?

Back in the Beta there was a so-called defense window, with switches for dodge/parry and the possibility to assign priorities to body-parts. What happened with that? =)

Is there any efforts being made to move the meat of the storyline from the forums and website to within the game? Currently, most of the story and details behind events are communicated on the forums rather than through the game itself.

Is this going to be the permanent standard? Are you planning to ever make the NPCs in the game feel like they're part of the story and make them have awareness of what's going on and use them to convey the story and event details to the playerbase?

Right now, if you're not on at the right time to see the MOTD and are not a regular forum reader, it's far too easy to miss most of what's going on.

Well my last request went down like a lead baloon so I thought I might attack it from a different angle.

Heavy range usage (auto & launcher) is plagued by the bulk of the ammo to make it less than practible to use as a solo or team weapon. Stripping to the bone, I can carry max of 12 grenades without a further wep to defend myself. Including the launcher that is 205 bulk.

I ask that these be reduced by 60% thus allowing maybe 30 grenades (only 30 shots) but lets me also choose an additional range wep & a little ammo. Remember, we don't have a mage who comes and restores our ammo supply - we have to start digging/crafting it before we can join in again. About to suggest taking a packer on hunting expeditions (if it would come) duhh!! We can't have a packer healer can we?

As for pistol/rifle usage; the ammo bulk is fine but the stamina usage for adds like acc, speed, target is excessive. I think a little tinkering with this to reduce the stam would be a great help for those considering range usage.

The spring clean has been done, why are the weapon modifier stats still not working (apart from 2h swords) ?
