The Race
The race will start with the racers on foot standing just outside the arena.
Their mounts will be parked inside the arena at the far end, at their choosing, but mounts must be right against the far wall.
When the race start, the players must first emote something at the ref (me), then race on foot to their mount. Once they reached their mount, they must get on, then ride out and around the outer-upper ring of the arena, counter clockwise starting from arena entrance.
The racers will make one lap around the outer ring, then reverse direction and race clockwise using the inner bottom ring, through the arena tunnel. Once they get back to the entrance, they must race back into the arena and find me, then dismount and emote something at me.
The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd person to emote at me after making the 2 laps will be the winners.
All skills (including speed up, invuln, self heal, etc) are allowed to be used. Players will be allowed to attack other players if attackable, and if they choose to (instead of trying to get ahead). There will be a team of ressers on hand to res fallen racers. Racers may not attack this team of ressers.
A racer will be disqualified for the following:
- if he failed to emote to me in the start of the race
- if he failed to make 1 complete lap counter-clockwise (right to left) on the outer ring
- if he failed to make 1 complete lap clockwise (left to right) of the inner ring
- if he failed to emote at me after making the 2 laps
- if he killed a resser
I welcome any comments or problems you might see with this.
