I hope that the devs get round to implementing the Guild Inventory access rights as stated in the manual, where the ability to remove items can be granted to any guild member.

That's a great idea.. if only other people could enter and browse your apartment!

I think the property thing could be greatly extended.. Maybe even we could own and run our own apartment block with which we rent out rooms and make dosh..

A simple, but great imho, enhancement would be to let players access your appartment and let them drop things.... You would need to keep an agenda with your friends 'addresses' and when they need something and they are offline, you could drop an item in their appartment: a gift, gear, etc.

Of course there are some issues (what if a player fills my appartment with q10 earrings?) but I personally like the idea

Personal appartament - 1 mil dappers - 2000 bulk
Mek packer - ~ 350k dappers - 500 bulk
Mek mount - ~ 550k dappers - 100 bulk

You cannot have team members/guild members/friends to visit/enter in your appartament. You have to exchange items with them outside then enter in appartament, drop items, go out, exchange again.... and so on.
And 1 mil dappers is not so much. A low level load from a hunt is about 50k (sold to NPC). So 20 loads will set you nicely.

To store excelent/supreme mats til u have enough to craft what you want?
