Yes earlier all the worlds had to be rebooted at the same time (that was fun) and we took the opportunity to fix some of the naming and character issues on Arispotle which meant it took a few minutes extra to bring back but well worth it to get people their characters.

On that note - if anyone is still missing a character or has any problems give one of the CSRs a shout or submit as ticket and we'll get it nailed for ya.

Early last night I had some missing RP chars (lvl 1's), but after a Client crash (co-incedence) they had all returned home safe and sound :D
