Just out of curiousity, how many have reached 100 personal fame?

I'm curious how many have actually worked to get 100 personal fame with a group. If so which one(s)? Did you find it hard or easy to achieve that level?

I haven't even gotten close, I would think it insanely hard, even counting tribe killing for fame and xp. I know that to get ONE point fame from Pyr missions (lowest level that I am aware of on mainland) I have had to do the same mission, or others like it, more than five times, six to eight is the number that sticks in my mind.

I honestly gave UP on fame, since the reward, at this point, in my much less than humble opinion, is definately NOT worth all the bother. Back when you could actually supply your crafting off of crafting missions, and pay for your gear using other missions, they were worth it, now...they are possitively COMMUNIST, work for us, we like you, but NO MONEY for you *snarl*.

I had a group of missions around pyr that i worked up...i got 100 total fyros fame fairly fast...around 70 personal...wouldn't take too long to work that to 100 too if i worked at it

We have 3 people in Melinoe I can think of with 100 Matis... they don't get any gain by it. Most of them only have personal fame with about 13 tribes, I am sitting on 90 Matis and have personal fame with 54 tribes Only negative fame matters IMHO, I cannot run into half the camps without them killing me before the mob I was running from does

Even with -54 Kami I can still buy tickets from them tho

Very easy to achieve if you run the non-compensation missions, which move the needle a lot more than the ones where you get some dappers. At 100 matis/green seed fame (it caps at 100 by the way, even if your mod + race is over that), near 50 for the other races and could easily level them up if I felt like nuking my kami/karavan scores since there's still a bug with the Tryker nuking Kami without increasing Karavan.

No real effect in game play, though. I ran Matis up back when you could advance in crafting by purchasing wondermats and that extra few dappers saved/spent made a difference. Now its so far skewed with the stupid patch 1 mats repricing (that doesn't look like its ever going to get looked at) that it doesn't make a difference. Just get to a level where you can run encylopedia missions and that's sufficient fame.

How do you get 100 personal fame with out losing fame badly with aposing races? Just wondering because raising fryos fame lowered my tryker. Ive got it to about +70 fryos but tryker went to -39.

I did some stuff in tryker for the windemeer tribe and tryker went to -36 but i didnt look to see about fryos just kind of noticed but didnt think of it till now.

there are certain npcs tribe you can kill that will raise certain civ fames without affecting other civ fames.

Got five personal 100 fame.
Zorai, Kami, Company of the Eternal Tree, Icon Worshippers, forgot the last one.
Got a few in the 50+ range too.
Let's not mention the -100 ones.

I stopped when I hit 96 personal fyros fame, since 90-100 is mind numbingly slow.
