what are the stats roughly of the 10,20,30 prime weapons?

and how can you have mats instead of weapons?

i have 120 average token, which i cannot transform because the npc won't talk to me anymore, so it's becoming a bit unnerving

to my experience, a recent patch might have broke excellent mats finding, because my 250m search leads me to spots where is nothing, and places where i knew where excellent mats don't give any now...
