I finally got it to work.

I had to turn off the sound, and uncheck all the video options and move all the video sliders to the extreme left.

After all that, I still cancelled my account. The game was just not to my taste.

I guess I will have to call someone, but I see no phone number anywhere, nor do I see an option under the account menu .

I just installed the game, and it locks up at the character selection screen.
I am running WIN2000 Pro, 512 mb.

Video Card is Geforce2 GTS
Video driver version is 6.14
Directx is 9.0b

Any clues ?
