I think it's not the PvP that is the problem it's the way everyone talks to each other that is the problem. Just go out and kill each other and don't get mad if your side is losing, get back up and try again. Try saying "good job, you got me that time, lets try again :) ". Respect your fellow Homins ...

We still live in the real world and would still need to covert the time to Ryzom time. Now if we could do away with real time and just use Ryzom time, I'd be all for that.
