Re: On the ending of Ryzom and other stories
...And that is NOT real roleplay. That is not the kind of RP that makes me enjoy Ryzom as much as I do. That is not my content. That misconception is part of why people like you get dissatisfied and leave. If that is RP, then am I RPing a little gamepiece when I play Monopoly? Or a little ...

Re: On the ending of Ryzom and other stories
Frankly, RP in an MMO is nothing more than a person in front of a computer pretending to be the toon on-screen. It's highly subjective and it depends on continuity. If my framerates drops to inverted numbers because I make the mistake to face Fairhaven instead of always keeping my back to it, then ...

Your Toon's Themesong?
Heh, throughout my [blighted, disastrous, funny, relaxing] MMO-life I always connected a song to the Toon I happened to drive at any given time. Now, I usually start the song before booting the game in order for it to qualify as a themesong, but you can also add a song you feel suiting your Toon ...

Re: Is there more information on the Goddess Jena?
The commandments of the Goddess Jena are given in this thread: http://ryzom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=12305&highlight=commandments Thanks Shadow for the link. But without wanting to be too theosophical on the matter, in the world blindly following the Ten Commandments does not make one a good ...

Re: Is there more information on the Goddess Jena?
/ OOC: For that she already has to be on the mainland Keiko. ;) I might point out to you though edbock, that when you ask a homin' s point of view on Jena' s teachings you might get a fair few different oppinions on the Commandments or the Flanagan Files or just the lore. The way the majority of ...

Re: Is there more information on the Goddess Jena?
A lot of information on Jena and being karavan is given at the karavan temple in both the matisian lands and tryker lands. Ask in region, and I'm sure someone will point you in the direction of the nearest temple. In the tryker lands, I believe there is one outside of Fairhaven. And in the matisian ...

Is there more information on the Goddess Jena?
I play the Tryker Be'Keeer Neppie, who's still on Tryker Island. (Living is good on Tryker Island and she wants to be able to hold her own before hitching a ride to Fairhaven courtesy of the Karavan.) However, the Karavaneers are disciples of Jena and Be'Keeer is quite ignorant of Jena which is a ...
