unfortunately this is the nature of mmorpg's and the way client data is saved. you were unlucky in that you did the trade and were saved after your items were passed. your friend was saved apparently right in the middle of accepting the trade, hence having only 2 of the 4 items there is nothing that ...

use 10 a day, youre sure to start crashing into FH. once in a while i tp in fine too, but more often than not it causes a crash
