For a new player this manual is great, at lest for me it has been. It has helped to clear up a lot of start up questions.

hmm... why do you want to bind (for example) two keys (lets say A and B) to do one action (lets say both open "Actions" window) ? it's possible btw... press shift+K (i think that was for macros) and you can make 2 macros with same command but different hotkey. you can even drag macro to your hands ...

1 - There are no restrictions on what you can do.
