account reactivation

Hi, I just registered a new account for the free trial, and clicked unsubscribe by accident. After that I reactivated my account, and I noticed the "Reactivation Fees" in my account eventlog. What exactly does this "Reactivation Fees" mean? Will my card be debited? Thanks for you answer.
