Wont let me cancel account, how do i ?

I am on a free trial and would like to cancel my account to not be billed, but i cannot edit my account or cancel the process of it billing me soon at https://secure.nevrax.com/payment_profile/?language=en

Can somebody tell me how i can cancel my account so i will not be billed?
