Open AVG Interface, right-click on Resident Shield, click on Open In Advanced Settings Scroll down to Temporarily Disable AVG Protection and check Temporarily Disable AVG Protection. You can then choose a period of time (5, 10 or 15 minutes) or do like me and Disable Real-Time Protection. Then ...

If we can't run ryzom_recover.exe what's the alternative? (Yes, Keena lives.) nel_drv_opengl_win_rd.dll is too old for the application - Or the launcher files may be too old for Ryzom to patch properly: delete UNPACK folder, run ryzom_recover.exe and then launch game again. I have to agree about this. Not as a complaint but in fact encouragement.
Advertising in the US and Asia markets and development of expansion packs would guarantee content (whether good or bad), retention of many current players and the addition of new players.
