I don't know that much about this game. I have put in maybe 20 hours of gametime, and am wondering now if it is the game for me. By that rationale it should have run smoothly three or four years ago when the code was largely still fresh. It didn't. :P I definitely recognize the challenges the EQ team faces dealing with dated code, but the disasterous gameplay bugs are not a new phenomenon. Nor for that matter are similar ...

Is there any list, out of game, of all the skills. Not just the lines, but the skilld in the lines with associated skill point costs?
