Correction, new characters can be both created and deleated, but names deleated during the bugged time remain gone in limbo

As an experiment, I made a test character called "Bebot". Then logged it in and out a few times. Next it was deleted, and when another character had "Bebot" typed in for the name, the same 'Invalid Name' error message came up. Since last patch, if a character is deleated a new one cannot be created with the same name. I had a guy saved with my rl name and a few other neat ones, but deleated them to make different civilizations, found the "Invalid Name" error message when tried to remake them.
