Just curious, but just because they ask for any info people find on botters via tickets, does that mean its the only form of detecting them they have? Probably not, but if someone has info I am sure the GMs can use it. Don't assume because they ask for your info that its the only way of capturing ...

Just fyi, the CS department does not have to report to you. If somebody breaks the EULA that is between them and the offending subscriber, the CSR's will never disclose any information about this to us the players. As described above it is not that hard for a group of people getting alot of mats ...
