How I can grant "client_ryzom_rd.exe" and "ryzom_recover.exe" permanent rights to send and receive data.

I have this proplem when i try to connect to the server. First i select Ryzom Arispotle community, and then click ''I accept''. When connect screen appears, nothing happens. I wait for 30 minutes and still nothing happens. I don't know what to do, because i am not very good at editing network ...
