Well the work around on one of the posts didn't work im not sure why this is happening but it happens evey time im in and only takes about 5 or 10 mins now and I lock up......... errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr really getting frustrated!

This is sign of connection problems. Do you have WLAN or Linksys router? These may have problems with some configurations.
