Re: The Group/Guild Irony
Having adventured in over a dozen online worlds in the last decade, with extended stretches in some of them, both out of guilds, in guilds, and in one case, leading a guild, allow me to say this. First, I'm Matis, as is my friend Miy, but we're still wandering around, clueless in our upper 20s, new ...
Re: Events!
Actually in france we reached over 1000 players (unofficial source of course :p ) Um, 1,000 players? That's not good news for SoR. If every server is as "successful" as that, the game has 4,000 players. Games like this need at least 20,000 customers to make enough money to pay costs. Lineage 2 is a ...

Re: Why I canceled and how to stop it in the future.
In years past, in their first or second MMORPG, some players were willing to put up with problems, but increasingly others were not. Re: For the purpose of Comparison - Works vs. Buggy
I believe my hardware configuration is running the game as well as anyone right now. The server lags and warps me around some, but it seems that afflicts everyone. My system specs are as follows: Dell Dimension 8300 desktop computer Pentium 4, 3 GHz 1 GB RAM ATI Radeon 9800 Pro with 128 MB VRAM with ...

Re: The sever still down???
Both Friday afternoon and now Saturday night, late (1:30am Eastern, Sunday morning to be specific) the server chases ("shard unavailable"). Are you sure you debugged the server code?

Re: every name i use it says "Invalid Name"
I suggest putting NO numbers in your name, and making the only capital letter present the FIRST letter in the name. In other words, no l337 d00dz 5p34k. I've tried a couple dozen characters between open beta and live, and never had trouble with any of them.
