I have the same problem! However, it is very random. Sometime, after choosing my char, it loads fine in 20 seconds. Other times it just does not load at all - I waited 10 minutes this morning, reading a chapter of of book while waiting!!! Some other times, after it will take 1 or 2 minutes to load ...
