I do agree with posters statements.

The amp adds power. Think it's stated like +60%. So the correct would if the amp is 60%, the total power would be 160%. And therefor the effective spell level would be 160.

It is a nice idea, but I don't think it can be implemeted as a quick fix. Second, not all creature use scent to detect pray. To do this in a good way Nevrax will need to plan and carefully build this.
