Re: Trial problems
That could be due a few things: - msinstaller may need repairing --- look on the installshield site on fixing this - lack of disk space while uncompressing - antivirus could be interferring You may also need to try the Torrent download - it is definitely more robust in a noisy network situation. Try ...

Re: Patcher crashes on particular file.
GameForge moved the servers to Germany today.
Things may be a bit unsettled netwise I suppose.
You could try running a pingplot to the various sites like http://www.ryzom.com and chat.ryzom.com to see if anything stands out like packet loss or the like.

Re: Patcher crashes on particular file.
Try deleting the UNPACK folder and try launching again. It may just be a corrupt index file. Also make sure that you have lots of free space on the drive that contains your temporary folder.

Re: Question about intel integrated graphics issue
Intel has rudimentary hardware 3D support at best.
Even the newest version (975 I think) is way behind what a basic add-on video card has.
GW decided to allow their engine to run in software rendering mode. Not all game designers decide to support non-hardware/low end graphics systems.

Re: problem with Klients
Try changing your login password.
Give it a few minutes for scripts to run.
That should resynchronise the various logins.
If it does not then email support-ee@ryzom.com and let them know.

Re: Major problems downloading all the patches...Help!
You will get things done a lot faster if you download the latest installer via the Torrent link and do the patches. Torrent is 100x faster than the patch server. Well, maybe 10x. Also make sure that you have all of the game ports open in your firewall/router.

This link appears to be dead. That is due to GameForge moving web based things around. Chances are all of the links are dead. As to your other issues: You don't have to like the fact that Ryzom REQUIRES hardware 3D processing to work well. But it is a fact. The minimum reqs actually are the bare ...

Re: Help, please.
Hi, I'm new to Ryzom and I just downloaded/extracted/ran the client. It shows the thing about NVidia then just shows a entirely black screen where I can faintly see a crimson bar along the bottom edge. What is wrong here? It shows no error messages and I can click around on the thing (Even know its ...
