You can only install from cd afaik, at least until the download client option becomes available (if it isn't already).

Not sure if it does or not, but check out the macros built in option. You might be able to set something up wiht that.

I've had the same problem. Its been reported as a bug and has been passed on to be looked into further. I just toggle full screen mode on and off a few times atm until it finally goes full screen.

Annoying, but not the end of the world

Nice turn out, and well done to the Matis. First 3 hours playing the game and taken part in an event already, now thats either luck, good timing, or you run a lot of events.... hope its the latter
