Items in the newbie area

Didn't see a thread about this so i decided to make one.

I've seen people say you should save, what, 10.000? whatevers before moving to mainland, but should I buy better armour/weapons in the newbie area to help with the missions? And what about crafting tools and such?

The thing is that I always prefer to move my character with WASD and not the arrows. It's just easier with all the hotkeys around them. Anyways. I tried to look for an option to change the inputs, but didn't find anything, not ingame or in the launcher options. Is there a file or something that I ...

Heh, I don't mean everyone is like that, just generally speaking. I try to help as many "newbies" as I can, but it's suprising how many people just call someone a noob and leave it at that. Anyway, looking forward to meeting you all in the game. Time to start patching.

Nice post. I tried the trial a long time ago, but didn't bother to really give it a fair chance, so after a bit of reading I decided to do that just now. Buggouts post raises my expectations even more. I know the game was unfinished back then and all, but lately I've been hearing alot of good things ...
