Newbie Help Needed

Hello, I have just started playing this game and think it's great. I love the skill system, but have a few questions. 1. Can I learn "every" skill or is there a max/cap? 2. If there is a max/cap should I learn the attribute skills first (Constitution, Metabolism, Inteligence, etc)? Thanks :)
