I though the Matis were a Nature people that lived with and protected the woodlands? So, why do they start out with a bad Kami Fame rating?

Is there any race that starts out with a positive Kami Fame rating...other then the ugly mask wearing blue bodies?

I did not do any missions for the Kami yet, just recently left newbe island, and when I Harvest I always use gentle extraction. So, what could I have done wrong to get a -33 Kami Fame rating?

Well, what I would like to see the most is more SoR the story line developed, ooz/kitins infestation, along with a good amount of PvP? What I do not want is this game to become another Guild Wars...whereas most all things are instanced and have no impact on the game itself...other then the groups ...

God, Harvesting is hard. Not so much the actual harvesting itself but trying to figure out what the heck all the Harvesting skills are! So, many of the skills look the same, some have wording that is tricky to figure out what the skill 'really' is and most have VERY LITTLE explanation as to what the ...

But DoT spells, like this one, should do more damage then direct damage spells..right? If not then why bother with DoT spells?

Also, I looked again and failed to see any upgrades for 'Cold Damage Over Time'. If there is an upgrade for it..what is it?

I ment to get 'Cold Damage' but instead I bought 'Cold Damage Over Time 1'. I did not see any up grades for 'Cold Damge Over Time 1' and was wondering how to upgrade it? Can it be up graded and is it more usefull then just 'Cold Damage' spell? Did I make a 'bad' choice by picking it?

On newbe island, what is a 'good' level to start hunting Kitens? My Matis is 21/fight, 21/magic, 17/harvest and 16/crafting.
