can someone plz tell me how to uninstall, or better still only reinstall it

My free trial just ended today, and when i logged in just now, some of the NPCs items, weapons and creatures had gone pure white and as i moved around them they changed back to normal and then back to pure white with no detail. Can anyone tell me how to fix this or what to do about it? plz plz plz ...
