And turns out I can't, due to firewall incompatibilities. And I'm not talking my personal firewall, but campus firewall something-or-other to prevent p2p usage.

Chances are that the mail is in your Junk or Spam folder. If not, then I would say you must have entered the wrong email address. If the mail is not there then email billing-ee@ryzom.com to get things straightened out. I am quite sure I entered the right email adress, I have tried a bunch of times ...

I have completely failed to make the trial work in any way and would like to cancel it to avoid paying for it. But I haven't recieved an activation mail with my password, and all mail i send to billing-ee@ryzom.com gets bounced. I just really wont pay 25 E for a game i have never played and will not ...

As far as i know, they are the same. Or is the one for the game proper emailed to you or something? Havent recieved anything and I would hate myself if I forgot it and was charged 25 euro in 2 weeks time.
