They haven't even said that the free trial is the cause. As far as I can tell, they haven't said what the problem is. I would be a lot more understanding if they told us what was going on rather than just saying "it's fixed, try again."

It definitely isn't fixed. I'm getting the same thing.

I bought the game, installed (after having to uninstall the beta), registered, created a character and pressed play... the game starts loading and never does anything. I've tried several times with no success. what gives?
