Re: Your favourite band ever!

I'm resurrecting this thread to edit my answer. At the time I wrote my first little list, I was hesitant to add one of the groups whose album was constantly on my playlist because, well, they only had one album out that I knew of. I just bought their most recent disc, and I'm feeling pretty ...

Re: Launchers and autolaunchers... calling out the inexperienced trolls

Actually, I reread the thread and there isn't any "name calling" per se. So I do apologize to Tetra for that remark. Oh, come on now, Cerest- we all know you hunt down anyone whose name begins with "T" due to that building block incident that occurred when you were two. From the rumors I've been ...

Re: Help a newbie please!

The only disadvantage to following multiple skill paths is the fact that it takes more time, which isn't even a disadvantage if you're not in a hurry to get anywhere. If you notice on your action progression window ("a" key), each box has "+" next to it. Clicking that expands the box into the next ...

Re: Cry me a river

Zen has a valid point, and that is that the actual usefulness of the forums is being severely crimped by the incessant whining. Then again, this is a forum, on the internet no less... should I simply resign myself to this fact, or am I right in wishing the useful/community posts weren't completely ...

Re: TNN-Tryker News Network: Episode [Five] now posted

I can't wait to see your report when Patch 2 comes. *shameless bump* more more more Well, my account expires on the 28th of November and I'm still trying to decide whether or not to renew the subscription. At this moment in time, I'm leaning towards not. I'll definitely write one more episode ...

Re: How many people PLAY this?

If it's lots of company you're looking for while you play then I would recommend playing a character of the Matis race. From what I hear they are the most populous. Matis and Fyros tend to have the highest concentration of players, followed by Tryker and then Zorai (I have mainland characters of ...

Re: "Kaena the Prophecy"

First, the English voice actors are the same for the French release as well. Ah, my mistake. Since the CGI interview with Kaena included on the DVD was done in French by both the interviewer and the woman playing the role of Kaena, I just assumed that the original version of the film had been done ...

"Kaena the Prophecy"

I just ran into this movie (Kaena the Prophecy) at the video store and was curious if anyone knew if there were any connection between it and Saga of Ryzom. They're not identical by any means, but Kaena was a French feature film (computer animated) about a race of people living on a planet composed ...

Re: Blame it on the GOO!

LOL, I can be helpful once in a while. The story really hasn't started, but I can promise you when it does you will see an entire new side of me. Eschiava will tell you that. As for the locations of the two tribes, I will try to come up with some sort of map tonight (if I can find them again ...

Re: No game is perfect ....

No game is perfect .... I disagree. Tic Tac Toe is perfect. I've never had it crash on me once. Also, since it always ends in a tie, nobody's ever upset about losing. :) Since I've never lost, though, I'm not sure if the death penalty is harsh or not. It'd stink if I had to sit in a corner for an ...
