Re: Trolls and flaming
Don't misunderstand me though. This is NOT meant to stop you from giving your real thoughts or from stating that something is bad if that's what you think. We rely on these comments to improve our work. But they have to be written in a constructive and courteous way. Please don't feed the troll. At ...

Re: New Executive Producer's Letter
Point.. Nevrax really need to understand that listening to the players AND showing that they're listening is very important. Letting it get to the point where people have to start unsubbing really isn't too bright. It isn't going to give any current or new to be players much faith is it. Nevrax ...

I take it you don't last very long in customer service jobs.kaetemi wrote:Anyone who complains about optional features should just have fun with the other features that are already available.
And not leave or anything unlogic like that.
Why is it that Fanboi's like you don't care that they're killing the game?

Re: Have you noticed?
And that's not only me, the whole dev team is scrutinizing the boards - some suggestions are discussed internally even before I notice them on the boards. :) -- Xavier. I think we should really post something from them, even if it isn't a "decision" to encourage the non-PvP playerbase. Get at least ...

You seem busy enough complaining and insuilting people in all the current ones.kaetemi wrote:And I don't make an extra topic for it.
So is it a personal thing against Jyudas or are you just trying to ensure that any player who disagrees is unwelcome in Ryzom?

Re: Have you noticed?
Xavier is trying hard, just as they tried hard with Patch 1.
Despite Xavier's hard work, I suspect that like Patch 1 most of those people on the edge are looking for a response from the development company and not sympathetic contracted CSR staff. But we can hope I'm wrong.

Re: mmorpg.com
You make a perfect example of all that is going wrong with Ryzom and its community.
I can't believe Nevrax encourages players like you and then wonders why the other insulted playerbase leaves.
the non-PvPers don't want to deny you content, what makes you so happy to deny content to others?

Re: grats :(
Nothing's perfect, but to have new players utterly put off just from reading the forums, can you honestly say that is ok? Yes, if it gives them an accurate and informed opinion of their own. Basically you just want to silence anyone who has a differing opinion and make everybody conform to your ...

Re: Quitting People - A Positive Alternative
The problem I see here is that the majority(BTW, that does not say ALL) of the people that are screaming are not providing any suggestions of what could be done differently to achieve similar situation without forcing the PvP or FvF. All they do is SCREAM I don't want this, nobody wants this, etc ...

Re: Quitting People - A Positive Alternative/Gankers wil only have a chance if you go
I think the reason people leave is simpler than most of you are making it out to be. I think people quit playing the game because PvP destroys the fun in the game. The fun of looking forward to participating in new content, and enjoying old content the way they used to. If we want people to stay, we ...
