I could play yesterday ..but not today ...I log in then crash with a C++ error window. I tried useing your link and it opened a forum login window ...in which case my password and login name did not work..... I have had no other problems with any other games I have played .... Well, I think I fixed my issue <cross fingers> I ran a scan disk then I defraged my hard drive. Then I upgraded to DirectX 9c. Hope this helps.
