Encyclopedia and other content is not scheduled to be patched in until Patch2, on a date to be determined sometime in the future. And add some new fluff like tatooing and hairstyles.

nah I think I am just going to cancel. Why start another caracter when all there is to do is improve your charcater? I can do that for free with many of the single player rpg games I have. and they were complete when they were released! Are you sure you're a new player? That sounded suspiciously ...
