Re: Why do
It is purely a strategic element. (ie) I am harvesting very rare and good materials in an area infested by aggro mobs...I pull a 0 source mode on one of those rare nodes, but I do not have enough focus to change the source mode AND pull my max amount of material for that node. Do I... 1.) Heal Focus ...

Re: Feature Wishlist Part 2
-I would really like to see hard numbers used for all material qualities in their various catagories, instead of the rather ambiguous bar graph currently employed. -I would like to see a few more hostile NPC spawns (camps, forts, encampments) spring up in vital material harvesting areas. -I would ...

Re: THE KITINS ATTACK!
This was a really well accomplished event, and I must give my compliments to the event staff and game developers alike. Because of participating in this event, I now have an affirmed faith in the game structure's ability to handle large, localized, server populations (NPC and PC alike). and remain ...

A Quick Question...
Is it possible to wear/wield the weapons and armor of another race, and do these items retain their racial skins even if being used by a player of another race? Or are all the armor and weapon pieces icon-generic until placed on your character, then take only the skin allowed by that player race?

An excellent storyboard!! Well done.
Re: Teaming?
I would venture to say that at the lower levels, Ryzom is primarily a soloer's game. At the upper end of play however, not just teams but entire guilds will have to work cooperatively in order to access and accomplish the higher-end content. There is really little reason to group while your template ...

Re: Totaly a no loot game :( = boaring for the non crafters
Well Korin, since you replied to few of my ideas, I will in turn critique yours... -You could not kill an enemy with a slightly better weapon than yours? -There is no "skill-based point system" in Ryzom. In fact, the lack of it is one of the most inovative portions of the game. Stanzas increase ...

Re: Totaly a no loot game :( = boaring for the non crafters
The original poster has a fine point, and one that I have been mulling over in my mind since I began playing. I, myself, enjoy the Harvest/Craft elements of this game immensely, and there is much in that applied concept to occupy my time, but I also realize that this WILL NOT be enough for many ...
