Re: Any News on Ryzom's future?

Looks at livefire's post count...clearly not a lot of input from you directly, at least not here on the forums where other players can support you. So you want the devs to dictate how the players "behave" in game? I think you want a linear, follow the plotline game and not Ryzom in the first place ...

Re: what changed?

ouch. The sadly / not much answer is what I was afraid of. They implemented fireworks ... nice; how about bringing the phoenix back, after all, it was in beta and people begged for it :) The sad part is that the stanza and crafting systems are far better than what I have seen in any other game. I ...

what changed?

Hi everyone ... Just recently downloaded the client and logged in - things seem kind of the same at first glance, except not too many people seem to be playing. I was thinking perhaps spending some more time in Ryzom, but not sure what the major changes are. Can anyone do a quick post on the "state ...

Re: DEFENSIVE MAGIC

Oops, I read the original question as "Defensive Affliction" and not just "Defensive" magic. Yeah, heal is also defensive and far more valuable of a skill to have than the defensive afflictions, in my opinion. careful about that statement - Affliction is very, very useful in groups and pvp. Having ...

1. One time use; unlimited range, thus far you can use them whether you are Kami or Karavan (didnt check on +/- 100 fame though) 2. Kipees are kitins ( i think) and probably the only ones that are non-agro. They are social, however, hit one and the rest of them will come if close enough. 3. Prospect ...

Re: CXan we get a response from moderators on server outage???

Yep, autoreconnect sometimes does work and i kind of like it better then get dropped with every network hickup - come to think of it, I dont remember of a game that implemented it before; if tcp session is gone - thats that. Considering that ryzom runs on UDP they took advantage of 'indefinite wait ...

Re: PVP Augmentation throw your ideas into the bucket

solution: use hardware mouse and tweak your head movement settings in the config under inputs. when you reduce the acceleration and set the speed to a comfortable value these things should happen less(note: the slider positioning may be misleading and sliding it to the right might actually reduce ...

Re: Recommendations for Nervax...

No matter how hard or how easy the technical side of things are in this game, the developers have done a horrible job.. I'm the first one to come down on developers; partly because I fully understand what they are doing from code stand point of view. Nevertheless -Unless you have been blind - you ...
