Yup, started to happen to me too since 3 or 4 patchs. If you want the right message, reduce the cone angle and range of your prospect ( i use 90° and 20m when i want the message). It seems that if less of half of your prospect covers the spot, you'll will get the message "no raw mats detected" ...
