Look. The huge flaw in your combat system was blind, and to a lesser degree stun. That was how everyone got super high level in a matter of days and weeks. It sounds like your at a high level and the changes don't seem to have as big an impact on you. Your right this game is for recreation and fun. The patch is to stop people from leveling so fast. Yeah. It's not a completley broken skill, but there is no real benefit or advantedge to going ranged. Nothing really stands out except you get neat looking guns.

I have no qualms about making the game, or monsters, more difficult. I do have a problem when the difficulty is increased and the rewards (whatever they may be) are not. In games like this, the primary reward is experiance (XP). This brings us to a major problem. Many players are now finding ...
