Turns out it doesnt appear on existing characters, only on characters that you have already created. Oh well I made a new character, and the items nothing too exciting anyway.. Nice to have, but not too exciting, I like my Elder of Atys title more

When I entered the code on my account in the account events this has appeared "6390 September 27 2004 Special coupon for preorders " so it seems to have worked, whether it has or not I won't know til I get home and try on ...

I am still waiting for my email from alapage.com also, mind you it did say 5 weeks and its not even 2 yet, so I am not overly concerned, and even if I did have it, they don't seem to have fixed the problem meaning I dont get the add pre-order code in my account options anyway
