Great, thanks My children are finally going to let me play lol, and I was happy to see a response to the thread

same thing happened to me, i cant equip it. I have tried equiping it on all parts of my body, but no luck.... something is really wrong with the name of it. No way would they intentionally call this special item a <NotExistpre_order.sitem> like mine is.

I got my prerder code late, was told to deleate my character so i could get the item, i deleated and the item is now in my inventory as a non equipable error callled <NotExist pre_order.sitem> so not only did i not get to play with my nice pretty shield, but i lost all my work as well.
