Are you trying to modify the "Client_default.cfg" file? If so that is the wrong one, you need the plain "Client.cfg" Correct, I will modify the "Client.cfg" when I get home and see if it works properly. Yes, I was completely logged out with two directories running. Both files edited and once I logged in with the first it would update the config. file to reenable the background loader.
