One more question unrelated. Several of us are still in noobville and have a spawn point farther north then the starting city. However some are missing this spawn point and have been to this area but it's still not showing for them. How do you activate a new spawn point?

Few of my frinds and I moved over from another game and would like to start a guild. I haven't been able to find any options in the menus. Is there a guide for this?
