Based on what was in the link zzeii gave us, it looks to me like the guild wouldnt be a "no-alignment" guild but a "helps both alignments" one. That is much more possible than not taking sides and it helps everyone instead of no one.

Maybe it's just because im still a noob but I dont see anything wrong with an all-races guild. I can't understand why people would vote "no" on this.

smack in the middle of nowhere, this "Please Wait" window keeps popping up randomly, and its starting to be quite a pain. It pops up and doesnt go away, and if it does, it takes an extremely long time to the order of which I havent waited long enough yet. When it pops up, i cant move, cast spells ...

it will spontaneously show up and I can't move or anything. It stays there until I have to quit the game. I dont really even need to do anything, it pops up just randomly.
