Re: Win one year free subscription !
Well, maybe it's kinda secret... only told to Silan players once they complete said mission... and to ML people when they talk to a city welcomer or likewise (I know you pay to get to the ML, but people may benefit from an extra thing) Maybe you wouldn't even have to know, anyway. I mean, a 3 month ...

Re: Holloween event ???
Hmm... a player made event would be a nice touch, due to all this development going on. The inclusion of a few CSRs would also give it a bit of formality. But what to do! Halloween makes me think of people dressing up, people playing practical jokes and trick-or-treating... Unless someone goes ...

Re: Win a game machine (beefed up PC)
Something simple like software would probably be advised over hardware... But I literally just mean something compatible with almost all computers that almost all people can appreciate... Not easy to think of that, now you come to it >.<

Re: To go along with publicity/advertisment: tag media with them
There's a lot of media already on the website, as Borom- I mean, Boroshi said (We love you really!). Player made media is mostly just taking this media and manipulating it to suit people's own graphic styles. There are, whilst I was haunting through the webkits, quite a few banners etc made by the ...

Re: 3d wallpapers or even community movies ?
I've only ever worked in 2D, bar 3D stuff for my graphics project at GCSE level (16 year old examinations in the UK) which was just objects, not people. In a couple of years I'll delve into 3D, but until then I can't help much >.< Sorry Set up a "Recruiting all 3D model makers" or likewise? Could ...

Re: Win one year free subscription !
Hehe, I love being the one with only a few ideas but then I step back and analyse everyone else's, so they can work (most of the time even better than mine!). Tell me if I'm getting too overbearing though... I do like some of these ideas and I don't want you to feel I'm putting you off. Now, yes ...

Re: Win one year free subscription !
Easier to execute than the other "Win *item*" but still, how would they win it, to get them involved with Ryzom instead of merely playing it, how long would the competition itself last etc etc...?

Re: Win a game machine (beefed up PC)
Something transferable between computers I think would work as a cheaper version of this too. I mean, some people have brand new computers etc so by the time they give up the ghost, the one they may have won would've been out of date for a while. Unfortunately, there's no real common ground, unlike ...

Re: Win the right to have your name on a Ryzom land or a statue of you in it
But then you'd have to incorporate it into everything to do with Ryzom... too much trouble for just one little thing. And it could only really be an item/perhaps a mob/building/NPC cause anything else would be a bit too awkward And then with an NPC, where abouts would they be? And the name wouldn't ...

Re: Win a game machine (beefed up PC)
The voltage taken by the computer may vary, but I'm not honestly sure. The plugs would definitely be different, hence my wondering. Also, just varying standards in things - like VGA being still the common form of Monitor connector in the UK as far as I know, but DVI or whatever the other one is ...
