I got it to work, yay.

I downloaded it a while ago, but it got stuck on veryfying ryzom installer. Then it stopped. I'll try downloading it again. EDIT: I'm downloading it again now. I'm in Klients and am talking to someone.

Are there any other options, for getting the game to work? By the way I've tried everything to get rid of that SurfSidekick, I just can't get rid of it... The website you gave me tells me to use add/remove, that won't work I tried it a long time ago.

I think you need discs for re-installing like brand new correct? Also won't the viruses I have/ have had in the past still be there if I do that? And if you need those discs, I'm not sure where they are. And I have a lot of files that if were deleted, I won't be able to get them back.

I ran all my anti-virus/spyware software and the only thing I couldn't get rid of was SurfSidekick, but that only messes with your browser(I'd still like to get rid of it though, its annoying.) I tried installing the updates from microsoft again and running the game again, but it still won't work.

I already deleted the Ryzom folder before I re-installed it thanks for the tip though. I'm downloading the installer from the link you gave me and I'm running anti spyware/virus/registry software. Yes, I remember, that its the login screen.
