How do you make med/med helmets , I thought the only helmet you can get is heavy.

It was done to make the game harder the Devs believe if the game is too easy ppl will get to level 250 too soon then leave. They dont seem to be able to grasp the fact that if its fun we will play a long time at level 250 or maybe play another char as a different race or even restart all together ...
