Been having the same problem. Thanks for the workaround. It works.

I did manage to get it. But it's curious. It appears the game was downloading but the downloader wasn't relaying the progress. It would sit on 12% and then all of a sudden jump to 25%. Then sit on that for a long time then jump to 54% and on like that. So if you're getting no errors but it just ...

Some progress. It managed to suck down 12% but won't budge past that.

Same problem here. Maybe server issues atm?
